Summer Outing 2019!

Summer Sun Brings Family Fun!

All the partners were excited as Encore Leasing and Finance held its annual summer outing last March 23-24, 2019 at Sunsetview Beach & Resort, Morong Bataan.

Encore’s summer outing won’t be complete without the team building activity. The partners’ creativity was displayed in the yell making contest and their stamina was tested during the games prepared by the program & venue committee. Each game aimed to develop camaraderie among partners. It was followed by a sumptuous dinner prepared by the food committee. Awarding time! With the most number of winning points, the green team bagged the first place for 2019’s team building while the red team and blue team won 2nd place and 3rd place respectively. After the awarding, partners were given a chance to enjoy the rest of the summer outing and feel the summer breeze.

This activity truly proved how Encore gives importance to “#workandlifebalance”. Partners were given a chance to unwind and relax from their daily office tasks. It was a fun filled summer outing that will be remembered forever!
