As Encore Leasing and Finance Corp. continues its pursuit of excellence, a training for department heads, supervisors and successors was held last July 13 and 27, 2019. The training focused on the Leadership Imperatives, Interaction Process, Key Principles and discussed how to give effective feedback as designed by the Dimension Development International (DDI). The training was facilitated by Ms. Ma. Angelita M. Agaton, Human Resources Manager of SM Megacenter Cabanatuan City.

The training certainly helped each and every attendee in developing their leadership potentials. Everyone felt confident enough in leading their respective departments and practicing what they have learned.Seminars like this are proof of Encore’s mantra “Improve on what has already been improved”.
