DDI Seminar!

Last December 2, 2017, we had a lively Development Dimensions International (DDI) Seminar which aimed to prove the saying “Leaders are made, they are not born”.

The activity was facilitated by the energetic DDI expert, Mrs. Maria Angelita Agaton. This leadership seminar discussed leadership interaction guidelines and types of feedbacks.

After having lunch, partners were divided into groups and everyone actively participated in the skill practice which challenged their creativity and acting skills portraying as leaders and as subordinates.

Everyone went home having the confidence to practice and enhance their leadership skills.
