Ms. Sherryle Joy Samson; former Customer Relation Department Head of Encore Leasing and Finance Corporation was invited last March 09, 2019 to spearhead the Customer Service Training for all employees. She shared insights on how employees can augment customers’ satisfaction through sincere interaction and understanding what the customers really needs. Injected by a role play in which employees can relate to what a customer feels-like whenever entering a business establishment, and, making them realize how important a good service is. She reiterated that being equipped with product knowledge and welcoming behavior we can build customer’s trust and confidence which will result to life-long business relationships. An extra mile difference that we can have to make us differ from others!
