2017 Visioning!

VISIONING!

Another milestone for Encore took place last October 21, 2017, the “Visioning”. It was conducted at the FTC Business Center with some members of the Board of Directors and the department heads with their successors. It was conducted by nationally known author and facilitator Mr. Emmanuel N. Santos.

It was a whole day affair for partners,collectively putting together all their thoughts and ideas to create our company’s Vision, Mission and Corporate Values. During the process one thing was obvious,everyone was excited and driven during the activity because all worked towards a common goal.

Indeed, it was a long hard but fulfilling day. Again one of our company’s goals was accomplished giving us a clearer direction for the future.
