2nd Anniversary!

 ENCORE's 2nd Anniversary

October 08, 2017 marked Encore’s 2nd anniversary. A 6:00am mass at St. Tolentine Cathedral Parish started the celebration with the homily focused on giving importance on each blessings and sharing it to those who were in need. And blessing it was, a sumptuous breakfast awaited the partners in the office.

Complying with our social media tradition, a couple of shots for the photo op completed the fun filled breakfast.  Maximizing the day, a refresher seminar on customer service was conducted by AM Sherryle Joy O. Samson and me where the enthusiastic participants showed their understanding on how exceptional customer service should be delivered. After the seminar, skills practice presented by each group proved that they would be able to handle even the most difficult customer.
