Credit Refresher Seminar!

“The best employees are those willing to learn and grow”. Being able to extend the continuous learning and the drive for development, Encore Leasing & Finance Corp. conducted its very first Credit Refresher Seminar of the year. It was held last January 10, 2019 at the Learning and Development Academy room, presided by our company’s consultant, Ms. Marina C. Del Rosario. The attendees in this activity were the department heads and all the staff from Credit Investigation, Sales and Operations Department.

Ms. Del Rosario taught us ways on how to be more careful when using the 5Cs of Credit in doing the credit investigation. The seminar enabled us to be well informed and furthered our knowledge about the existing workflows of the company.
