ENCORE LEASING & FINANCE CORP. BLOOMING at 7!

Encore Leasing and Finance Corp. celebrated its 7th year anniversary last October 8, 2022. Recognizing the many blessings received by the Company despite the challenges faced since the start of the pandemic, the partners chose to start the anniversary celebration with a thanksgiving mass held at the St. Nicholas of Tolentine Parish Cathedral in Cabanatuan City. After the mass, partners proceeded to the 3rd floor of the Head Office to share a hearty and delicious breakfast before the short anniversary program.

The company’s theme for this year’s anniversary celebration is "Tropical Blooms". Partners radiated vibrancy and energy as the participated in several games and contest prepared by the HR & Admin Department. They also had a blast showing off their very stylish and colorful tropical attire, though, Sales Assistant, Ms. Lorenz Anne M. Valeroso, and Collection, Legal & Recovery Head, Mr. Reyman DA. Polistico bested everyone when they won the Best in Tropical Attire contest.

With all of the challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic over the past couple of years, Encore has started to flourish again like tropical blooms! The bright and colorful leaves and flowers signify a blooming year for the Company as it thrives in the new normal with renewed positive energy, and vibrancy, poised to take off towards its vision of becoming the preferred partner in the leasing and finance industry.

Some of the highlights of this year’s anniversary celebration program include the inspiring messages from the Assistant General Manager, Ms. Maria Anjeli S. Cadiz-Baena, the General Manager, Ms. Mary Ann D. Soniga; optimistic and reassuring anniversary message from the President & CEO, Mr. Jose I. Cadiz, Jr.; recognition and awarding of token for five (5) Perfect Attendance awardees for CY 2021; and the recognition of the lone service awardee for CY 2022, Acting Finance Head, Ms. Karla Mae Villar for her loyal and dedicated 5-year service to the Company.
