Basic Automotive & Troubleshooting Training!

As part of the Company’s drive to continuously provide professional growth and development to each of its employees, the Credit and Collection Department together with the Credit Committee Members headed by our General Manager Mr. Prenel V. Garcia, underwent basic automotive and troubleshooting training last August 20 & 21, 2019. The training had 2 parts; the first part which was held in the LDA room, focused on car specifications explained by our Resource Speaker Mr. Lester D. Oracion who is a Certified Diagnosing Technician of the leading car dealer in the country today. He gave us basic knowledge on automotive, troubleshooting and basic appraisal techniques through lecture and actual demonstration. The second part was for trucks which was held at Ireneville Subdivision Cabanatuan City.  Mr. Lope Pajarillaga, a seasoned mechanic, contributed basic knowledge on how we must check and appraise trucks.  He also shared some basic techniques on how to know if the truck is still in good condition. Through this training, we can say that some techniques in appraising cars and trucks had similarities, especially in checking their engines and other specs. The two-part seminar was very helpful because it provided us additional knowledge which is very vital for those of us who evaluate units for financing.
