Our Little Effort (Encore’s CSR Activity 2019)

We are not only determined to achieve our financial goals, we are also striving hard to help make our community a better place for everyone. Last October 22, 2019, we conducted an outreach program at Brgy. Bacao, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. The activity was headed by our Vice Chairman Ma’am Encarnita S. Cadiz together with Rev. Fr. Chito Beltran, the current head of Bacao Ecological System and Technologies Inc. (Besti), Director Maria Kristina S. Cadiz along with Ms. Shaine Abeleda and yours truly. We were welcomed by the breathtaking view of the mountainous place of Palayan City but what captured our hearts were the welcoming warmth and smiles of the Aetas. The smiles on their faces soothed the tiring trail going up to their place. Everyone enjoyed the boodle fight prepared for the activity. The native people of Bacao shared inspiring stories about how they survived living in the mountains. The happiness and excitement on their faces while receiving the gifts we prepared were priceless.

It was a very memorable moment for everyone. These activities will continue along with our continuous pursuit towards excellence. Encore Leasing and Finance will always believe in the saying “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
