Team Building 2022

"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team."

Last May 15, 2022, Encore Leasing & Finance Corporation had a lively, fun and productive team building at Crystal Waves Hotel and Resort. The team building was facilitated by training expert, Mr. Emmanuel “Bobbit” N. Santos, who also served as the game master. The objective of this team building is to encourage teamwork by building connections and bonds between co-workers. It also aims to improve the morale of the partners and increase employee motivation. All partners participated and showed leadership, creativity, and teamwork as they completed the games and tasks prepared by Mr. Santos.  Through the activities, partners were able to cultivate teamwork and, at the same time, had a memorable bonding time.
