Azubuike – meaning the past is our strength. A strong word which the Speaker for the cascading of Encore Leasing and Finance’s Vision, Mission and Values introduced to the partners. Mr. Emmanuel “Bobbit” Santos was invited by the company last February 16, 2018 to lead the partners to the Encore’s vision, mission and values. After months of deliberation, the partners were introduced to the direction that the company is heading. The cascading was well outlined with team building activities leading the team to fully embrace the company’s mission, the reason of its existence. Having a grasp of the mission, the vision was presented afterwards with its firm declaration of where the company will be 3 years from now guided by the values that the team identified to support the vision. The cascading ended with an activity designed to instill in our minds the clear mission of the company, its vision to be the preferred financing company and the corporate values that will guide the partners to achieve them.
