Encore welcomed the holiday season with elegance and festive spirit during its highly anticipated Glam & Glitz Christmas Gala on December 6, 2025 at StockYard, Daang Sarile, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. The celebration brought together partners, executives, and employees for an evening filled with energy, gratitude, and togetherness. The program opened with a heartfelt prayer led by Ms. Arline A. Bernardo, followed by an energizer from the Credit & Collection and Sales Department that immediately set the vibe. In her opening remarks, Ms. Maria Anjeli S. Cadiz-Baena thanked everyone who attended the Christmas party, highlighting the spirit of togetherness and the joy of celebrating another successful year.
A delightful dinner brought everyone together, providing an opportunity for bonding. The festivities continued with interactive games facilitated by the Finance Department and the Data Center, Audit, and Marketing Department, giving partners a chance to unwind and share moments of laughter and teamwork before the highlight of the evening—Encore’s Got Talent. Talented representatives from various departments showcased impressive performances, demonstrating the diverse skills within the organization. Emerging as champions were the Data Center, Marketing, and Executive representatives— Ms. Carolyn M. Licup, Ms. Tanja Katarina E. Lintol, Mr. Ramuel C. Mercado, Mr. Jaypee V. Carbonel, and Mr. Dave Bryan A. Ico. First runner-up went to the HR and Admin, Finance, and one representative from Executive, while the Sales Head Office team claimed second runner-up.
In line with the night’s glamorous theme, Encore also proclaimed its Mr. and Ms. Glam and Glitz, honoring individuals who embodied style, confidence, and festive elegance. Mr. Renz Michael Agbuya earned the title of Mr. Glam and Glitz, while Ms. Eden Mariano was named Ms. Glam and Glitz. Adding warmth to the celebration, Atty. Jose Enrique S. Cadiz delivered the Christmas message, expressing sincere gratitude to all partners for their resilience, teamwork, and contributions across all offices and departments.
